  Aaron Fraser, DO

  Medical Director & Owner

  Meet Dr. Aaron Fraser. Dr. Fraser is Medical Director and co-owner of Flying Horse Medical Center and Aesthetics. Dr. Fraser received his B.A. from Albion College where he majored in Chemistry and Biology, then he continued on to earn his medical degree from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. It was an honor for him to serve in the US Air Force at the Air Force Academy, where he then went on to serve in Afghanistan. Dr. Fraser is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Practice. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and building relationships with each patient and family. He lives in Monument, CO, with his wife, Dr. Erin Fry, and their two children. Dr. Fry practices as a Psychiatrist at Colorado College and at Flying Horse Medical Center. Dr. Fraser loves the outdoors, soccer and spending time with his friends and family.

  Dave Haight

  MD, CAQ

  Dr. Dave Haight is a Concierge Physician and Sports Medicine specialist at Flying Horse Medical Center. He began his career at the United States Military Academy in 1994 and attended Wake Forest University for Medical School. He served in Special Operations for 12 years in various units throughout his career, retiring out of Special Operations Command – Central in July 2020. He chose to complete a Sports Medicine Fellowship in 2008 in order to better care for our military “tactical athletes”. After his Fellowship, he was selected as the physician for the Army World Class Athlete Program (WCAP) and came to Colorado Springs for the first time. While with the WCAP, he completed a US Olympic Training Center Internship and was selected by the US Olympic Committee to serve as a physician at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics and 2016 Rio Summer Olympics. Dr. Haight is excited to be back in Colorado Springs and is eager to provide top notch Primary Care Sports Medicine services to the community. He is specialized in ultrasound-guided joint injections for osteoarthritis and chronic tendinopathies. He loves hiking, fly fishing, skiing, camping and anything to do with the outdoors.

  Lorri Halenkamp

  APN, CNM

  Meet Lorri Halenkamp, I have been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, graduating from Oregon Health Science University with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. I joined the Navy in 1991 and served as an Active Duty Navy Nurse for 4 years and in the Navy Reserves for 18 years, retiring in 2013 at the rank of Commander. My specialties include Medical, Surgical, Pediatrics, and School Nursing but primarily Labor and Delivery. I became a dual Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 1999 after obtaining my Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Utah. I have worked primarily outpatient Family Practice and OB/GYN in various Navy Hospitals and Clinics around the world. I joined the FHMC team in 2016 and have worked fervently to learn and perfect my art and skill as an Aesthetic Master Injector, while continuing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. My extensive experience in the different fields of medicine partnered with my passion for women’s health and aesthetics affords me the opportunity to continue to serve, giving the highest quality of care people deserve. I have been Married for over 25 years to a Retired Navy Captain Physician and we have 4 children. We are so Blessed to make Colorado Springs our forever home.

  Regan Fackler

  FNP, Aesthetic Injector

  Regan is a new team member to the Flying Horse Medical Center. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2015. Regan recently completed her Master’s program as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati and she received training for injectables (neurotoxins and fillers) from the DermAesthetic Consulting and National Medspa Training Institute. Regan has practiced as a nurse for the last 7 years with experience in kidney/liver transplants, gastroenterology, and Employee Health services. She is a Colorado Native and has been married to her high school sweet heart for 5 years. They have two adorable golden doodles and enjoy camping, hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Regan is excited to join the Flying Horse Medical team and provide Aesthetic services to the community!

  Brooke Miranda, RN

  Chief Nurse | Monument Office Manager

  Brooke is Flying Horse Medical Center’s Chief Nurse. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in May 2012. She began practicing as a registered nurse here in Colorado Springs at Memorial Health System, where she worked on the Acute Care Renal/Medical Unit caring for patients with various kidney diseases undergoing dialysis, as well as caring for patients with numerous other medical problems in the Acute Care setting. In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time outdoors as much as possible, camping with family and friends, and snowboarding during those cold snowy months! Besides being our Chief Nurse, Brooke is also our office manager at our Monument Location, and also helps oversee our plastic surgery services that are performed in office. Brooke is excited to work with Dr. Fraser and the rest of the wonderful Flying Horse Medical Center team and bring quality healthcare to the community.

  Kayleigh Powers

  RMA, RPT

  Meet Kayleigh Powers. Kayleigh has been a member of our FHMC team since 2016. She attended college on the western slope where she played Lacrosse. She graduated from Pikes Peak Community College as a registered Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician. She was born and raised in Colorado Springs and enjoys all the city and surrounding mountain towns have to offer. Kayleigh spends her spare time with her two young children and traveling every chance she gets.

  Dallas Fontenot

  Dallas is a native of Colorado. She attended PIMA Medical School and graduated in 2016 as a Medical Assistant. Since then, she has worked in family practice and endoscopy. Before joining the FHMC team in December 2021, she took some time off to be with her young son. She also is a stepmom to a wonderful son. Her boys, and three dogs keep her busy playing outside and chasing them on their dirt bikes. Her husband is a mechanic and professional dirt bike racer. The family is often traveling on the weekends together for races. She enjoys cheering for all three boys as they are a family of dirt bike racers!

  Shelby Shaffer

  Shelby joined FHMC in November 2021. She graduated with an associates in CNST in 2016. She also studied at PIMA and graduated with honors as a Registered Medical Assistant. She has resided in Colorado Springs for the past 22 years and likes to spend her time reading, going to exhibits and working on art projects. She is very excited to start her new medical career. She is excited to work the wonderful Flying Horse Medical Center team and bring quality healthcare to our community.

  MacKinnly grew up in Rochester, NY and spent intermittent periods of time in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. He graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2021 with degrees in biochemistry and Spanish. He is an aspiring physician who plans to attend medical school in 2024. Outside of work, MacKinnly enjoys fitness, soccer, and playing guitar.

  Ashlie Clark

  MAA, Receptionist

  Meet Ashlie Clark. You will be able to meet Ashlie at the reception desk when visiting our Northgate location in Colorado Springs. Ashlie joined the Flying Horse Medical Center team in February of 2021. While originally from California, Ashlie has has lived in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado for about 16 years. Here, she was able to study Medical Administrative Assisting at PIMA Medical Institute, while graduating with Honors in 2019. She loves dogs, the beach, and in her free time, she can be found enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors while spending time with her friends and family.

  Alyta Mannino

  Alyta is a Chicago native who recently moved back to Colorado. She graduated from the University of Denver where she played D1 volleyball and earned a BA in Psychology in 2008. Alyta has a background working in customer service and human resources. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cooking for friends and family, and cheering on the CC Tigers, where her husband is a hockey coach.

  Michelle Carr

  Medical Administrator

  Michelle Carr is Flying Horse Medical Center’s Medical Administrator. Michelle grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and after spending a few years as a receptionist, she realized she wanted to be in the medical field. Michelle joined the United States Air Force and served as a Medical Technician and Emergency Medical Technician for 8.5 years. She worked on a Medical/Surgical Floor, Trauma ICU, PACU, Aeromedical Evacuation, Cardiac step-down unit and an Internal Medicine Clinic. The skills and experience she gained in the military were second to none. She also met the love of her life, Ron, while serving in the Air Force, and after separating was blessed to be a stay-at-home mom for over 10 years. Michelle has a background in customer service, including call centers and at a Christian radio station. She also has been very involved with ministry and has served as a Children’s Ministry Director at 2 different churches. Michelle and her husband Ron have 4 sons, and a beautiful granddaughter. They love to travel, ski/snowboard, ride motorcycles and eat good food! Michelle is looking forward to helping others in her role at Flying Horse Medical Center.

  Vania Silva

  Vania Silva is one of Flying Horse Medical Center’s Aesthetician, Laser Technician and Permanent Makeup Artists. She was Born in Brazil and moved to San Diego, California, where she met her husband and started a family. They have 2 beautiful children! She moved to Colorado 10 years ago and started her career in Skincare. Outside Aesthetic she loves to spend time with her family and be outdoors enjoying the beautiful Colorado Mountains. You can find Vania at our Northgate location in Colorado Springs. Vania loves to use her expertise in Aesthetics to make others feel more confident, and comfortable in their own skin while reaching their skin care goals. We are excited to have Vania as a member of our aesthetics team.

  Licensed Aesthetician

  Cendall was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Colorado six years ago. She loves the beautiful Rocky Mountains, however she will always be a beach girl at heart. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, spending time with family and friends, being active, traveling, and playing with her dogs. Cendall has a license in Aesthetics and is so excited to continue learning and grow in this field.

  Millicent Odunze Geers, MD, MPH

  Plastic Surgeon

  As a highly-trained and renowned Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Millicent Odunze Geers, offers a wide variety of Plastic Surgery services including Liposuction, Fat Transfer Breast Augmentation, Breast Augmentation with Implants, Brazilian Butt Lift, Breast Lift, Breast Reduction, Tummy Tucks, Mommy Makeover Surgery, Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery), and much more. Dr. Geers’ education and surgical skills speak for themselves. Her scholarly journey began at Harvard University, where she earned her undergraduate degree with honors, and continued to Duke University, where she completed her medical degree. During medical school, she also earned a master’s degree in public health at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Geers completed her 7-year Plastic Surgery residency at Northwestern University, one of the premier plastic surgery training programs in the country. After her residency, Dr. Geers refined her plastic surgery knowledge and skills with a 1-year Advanced Cosmetic Plastic Surgery fellowship in Beverly Hills. Additionally, Dr. Geers was twice selected as an Operation Smile Regan Fellow.   Sherri Ziegler, RN

  Plastic Surgery Nurse

  Sherri Ziegler is Flying Horse Medical Center’s Plastic Surgery Nurse. She spent 20 years in the United States Air Force as a Medical Technician and Emergency Medical Technician. Sherri’s career took her all over the United States and to several overseas locations. These opportunities helped prepare her for a future as a registered nurse. After she retired from the Air Force, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, Arlington and began working in Colorado Springs. During this time, she worked in Dermatology as a Mohs Surgery Nurse, assisting the Surgeon with the surgical removal of different types of skin cancers. She is married with 3 boys, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. During her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family camping, hiking, and boating. And when she is not outside enjoying the mountains or the water, she loves to cuddle up and binge watch her favorite TV shows. She is excited to be part of the Flying Horse Team and looks forward to assisting Dr. Geers with enhancing our communities’ lives.

  Erin Fry, D0

  Board Certified Psychiatrist

  Erin Fry, is a board-certified Psychiatrist from the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. She graduated from the Psychiatry Residency Department at Michigan State University in 2008. She has worked at the Counseling Center at Michigan State University, the Counseling Center at Colorado College, and the Veterans Affairs Department in Colorado Springs. She has a special interest in young adult psychiatry, adult psychiatry, and has previously worked with military veterans. She enjoys walking, being outdoors with her two dogs, and spending time with her family. Her husband is a Family Medicine practitioner, also at Flying Horse Medical Center.

  Neil Wilkey, MD

  Board Certified Psychiatrist

  Neil Wilkey, MD, is a board-certified Psychiatrist new to the Colorado Springs area. He has spent the past 10 years working as a consultant psychiatrist for Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. His professional responsibilities have included Psychiatric Emergency Room Coverage, Inpatient Psychiatric Care, Consult Liaison, and Outpatient Clinics. He has treated patients with Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, Substance Use Disorders, and Gender Dysphoria. Living abroad has given his family a wonderful opportunity to travel extensively and to broaden their perspectives. He and his wife have enjoyed raising their 3 children abroad and are now eager to return home to be nearer to their family. He is currently accepting new patients.

  Lori Truetzschler Davis, PMHNP, FNP

  Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

  Meet Lori Truetzschler Davis. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1997 from St. John’s College in Springfield, IL. I worked in Women’s Health as a Labor and Delivery nurse until 2011, when I started as a Nurse Injector at a medspa in Illinois. Through this position, I was able to receive extensive training in the use of many of the dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and in several other facial rejuvenation techniques. I have really enjoyed aesthetics and helping my patients look and feel their best. In 2016, I received my Master’s Degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. I continued to practice as an injector. As much as I enjoyed what I was doing, I began to become painfully aware of the issues with access to care for patients suffering from psychiatric conditions. I felt like I was being drawn to follow that path. In 2019, I received my Post-Graduate Certificate, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from University of Missouri-St. Louis and began my practice in psychiatry. I have the best of both worlds as I have continued to practice aesthetics while also practicing in outpatient psychiatry. I am truly passionate about improving access to care for patients who are dealing with psychiatric conditions. We were fortunate to be able to make the move here from Illinois in 2020 when my husband accepted a position in Colorado Springs. When not working, my husband and I stay busy with our 5 children who range in age from 22 down to 11. We enjoy hiking and playing soccer.

  Jordan Hout

  PMHNP Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

  Jordan is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people. She graduated with her BSN in 2016 through the University of Wyoming and went on to receive her graduate degree in psychiatric advanced practice nursing through the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2019. Jordan has seven years experience in the mental health field and has a history of running an acute inpatient child/adolescent unit, as well as, working with youth and adults in the outpatient setting. It is important for her to provide a caring environment that will make an otherwise vulnerable situation of discussing mental health concerns feel comfortable, open, and non-judgmental. She believes biological, psychological, social and spiritual functioning to be vital components in the treatment of mental health. Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys everything outdoors Colorado has to offer and spending time with family and friends. She loves baseball, playing music and, most importantly, is a loving wife and mother.

  Emily has a background in human services, marketing, and customer service. She values whole person wellness and opportunities for personal growth. In her position at Flying Horse Medical Center, she is happy to help others in their journey to achieve optimum health. Emily plans to continue to learn and grow at Flying Horse Medical Center and ultimately become a licensed therapist. When she is not in the office, Emily can be found training for her next adventure or snuggling her favorite mini schnauzer.

  Whitney Snow, PA-C

  Owner

  Whitney is a 20 year Physician Assistant and co-owner of Flying Horse Medical Center. Whitney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. She then headed to Saint Louis University for her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Medicine, graduating in 2003. Whitney moved to beautiful Colorado in 2007, where she and her husband had three awesome children, in addition to, two very active Goldendoodles. Their family has recently relocated to North Carolina, but Whitney stays engaged in the business of Flying Horse Medical Center and her staff. In addition to being a busy mom and wife, Whitney lives an active life of running, hiking, and reading. Whitney has loved being a part of the Flying Horse Medical Center team.

  Marshall Swartzendruber

  CFO & HIPAA Compliance Officer

  Meet Marshall Swartzendruber. As Flying Horse Medical Center’s business and marketing manager Marshall brings with him 17 years of sales and marketing excellence from many different industries and verticals including over a decade with Fortune 10 corporations Hewlett-Packard and IBM. He attended Northwestern College in Orange City, IA where he studied Accounting and Computer Science. He resides in Monument, CO with his wife of 16 years and their two children. He currently serves as the President of the Palmer Divide Soccer Club and when he isn’t coaching a youth team he enjoys playing soccer, basketball, hiking, and fly-fishing.

  Catharine Olson

  Northgate Office Manager

  Catharine Olson graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Biology. She then became a certified Medical Technologist and worked at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She later became an Air Force wife and mother to three beautiful daughters. She joined the Flying Horse Medical Center team in 2017 as a Registered Medical Assistant. She enjoys skiing and the great Colorado outdoors. Here at Flying Horse Medical Center, Catharine is also our office manager at our Northgate location. She prides herself on offering the best services to the Colorado Springs community through, Aesthetics, Concierge Medicine, Plastic Surgery, Psychiatry, Women’s Health, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement.
