Michelle Nealy hails from Elbert, Colorado, and has the longest, flattest, work commute on our team. On summer weekends we can find her barrel racing at the local rodeo. As a fellow homeowner, she can really relate to the needs of the customers and enjoys finding solutions in every situation.
Brett has been working at the Agency since May 2024. He loves spending time with his kids, going snowboarding during the winter and enjoying the beautiful outdoors here in Colorado. He loves working in insurance and helping customers find the policies that they need to help protect themselves and their loved ones.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Joey brings over 7 years of sales & experience into the agency. After studying Film at the Colorado Film School, he transitioned into insurance and has spent the past two years helping individuals and families understand their options and make confident decisions. Now back in Colorado, he prides himself on keeping things simple, honest, and personalized. He’s also a proud new father, which drives his commitment to helping protect what matters most! Outside of work, he enjoys roller-skating, building PCs, gaming, and film editing, and has recently taken an interest in little league football coaching.
Andrew is a professionally and classically trained cellist with a lifelong passion for music and creativity. Outside of playing, he enjoys snowboarding, building computers, and exploring new technology. With nearly four years of industry experience, he is committed to thorough due diligence, helping see customers are confident in their coverage and premiums. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
Rob is a previous insurance agency owner and works with the Agency as the Inside Sales and Service Manager. He has a deep-rooted passion for helping customers not only with their insurance needs but informing them about changes in the insurance industry. He has one dog (Charlie) and two cats (Letti and Stitch).
Doug has been a licensed Insurance Agent since 1997 and has been specializing in Home, Auto and Personal Casualty Insurance since 2013. He is married to his wife Shari and has two adult children and resides in Douglas County CO. He has three dogs and is a passionate about Coin and Currency collecting.
Traveling is one of the finer things in life, and Casey absolutely takes advantage of it. When he’s not traveling, he loves to spend time with his wife along with their rescue dogs & he sometimes likes his cats (he loves all rescue animals). Casey doesn’t take himself too seriously, but he’s serious about helping people protect their families, and what they’ve worked so hard for.
Traci is a Colorado native from Cortez, Colorado. She loves warm afternoons on a patio listening to our awesome local bands, taking a ride on the motorcycle or going for a hike. On colder days, you can find her wrapped in a blanket somewhere!! Traci specializes in helping you find the perfect amount of protection for you and your family.
