The office Customer Service Manager and Great Plains horse rancher Michelle Nealy hails from Elbert, Colorado, and has the longest, flattest, work commute on our team. On summer weekends we can find her barrel racing at the local rodeo. As a fellow homeowner, she can really relate to the needs of the customers and enjoys finding solutions in every situation.
Brett has been working at the Agency since May 2024. He loves spending time with his kids, going snowboarding during the winter and enjoying the beautiful outdoors here in Colorado. He loves working in insurance and helping customers find the policies that they need to help protect themselves and their loved ones.

Doug has been a licensed Insurance Agent since 1997 and has been specializing in Home, Auto and Personal Casualty Insurance since 2013. He is married to his wife Shari and has two adult children and resides in Douglas County CO. He has three dogs and is a passionate about Coin and Currency collecting.
Traveling is one of the finer things in life, and Casey absolutely takes advantage of it. When he’s not traveling, he loves to spend time with his wife along with their rescue dogs & he sometimes likes his cats (he loves all rescue animals). Casey doesn’t take himself too seriously, but he’s serious about helping people protect their families, and what they’ve worked so hard for.
